1. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an online order. Send the request as soon as possible; cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or production begins.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request” and include your order number, name, and email used at checkout. You may also call +1 630-657-5565.

3. Orders Already Processing or Shipped

Once an order has entered processing, personalized production, or shipment, we may be unable to cancel it. If the order has shipped, follow the eligibility and instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

4. Customized or Personalized Products

Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled after production begins. If we can stop production before it begins, we will confirm the cancellation by email.

5. Cancellation by JerseyCultureCo

We may cancel an order because of inventory unavailability, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for the canceled portion.

6. Refund Timing

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. We normally initiate the refund within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
